ReadySuite 6.4.0 is released and now available to download. We recommend all customers using previous versions update to this release to benefit from new eDiscovery scripts, performance improvements, and increased stability.

We’ve introduced several enhancements and features as outlined below. To see a full list of changes in ReadySuite v6.4.0, view the entire release notes here.

Let’s dive right into the highlights of this release:

Script Reports
We’ve expanded script reporting in this release to include a new report type, using only text data. Using the new report type, scripts can now output a large amount of text data without being restricted to the limitations of the previous report type.

Script reports can now be saved directly to CSV, TXT, XLSX or PDF formats. Previously, only XLSX formats were allowed.

Scripting API
We added a method to delete custom/user fields from the field schema.

Script: Expand Bates Range
Use this script to create a log report of all bates numbers in the loaded page ranges or using custom BegBates and EndBates fields.

Script: Mass Find/Replace
Use this script to run a find/replace operation against all custom fields.

Script: Find Page Gaps
We modified this script to allow for document-level fields to be selected for gap detection. Previous versions of the script were limited to page-level information, when loaded in from a OPT or similar load file.

Script: Field Statistics
We modified this script to allow for reporting based on percentages or counts. Previous versions of this script were limited to only reporting percentages of non-empty fields. This script now has an option to report on total number of populated records with field data.
